Our versatile studio features mirrored walls, sound system, sprung floors, and a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for dancers, instructors, fitness classes, and community gatherings.

We also offer special party rentals for birthdays, celebrations, and private events!

Studio Rental Uses:
• Dance Rehearsals
• Private Lessons
• Group Classes & Fitness
• Auditions & Workshops
• Photography/Video Shoots
• Community Meetings

Studio Party Rentals:
• Birthday Parties
• Kids Dance Parties
• Small Celebrations

• $20/hour – Weekdays (Mon–Fri, before 5PM)
• $25/hour – Evenings (after 5PM) & Weekends
• $25/hour – Commercial/Professional Use (e.g., paid classes, photo/video productions)

Includes use of studio, tables/chairs, speaker access, basic clean-up time.

• $200 for 2 - 3 hours  (ideal for small parties, up to 20 guests)
• $350 for 4 - 5 hours ( up to 50 guests )
• $500 for 6 - 8 hours ( up to 50 guests )
  Additional hours: $50/hour
